not sure if it's year related 03/04 and 05/06, but when you turn on high beams, do the low beams turn off or stay on with the high beam? i ask because of quad wiring

03/04 low beams stay on with highs (fogs off with highs)
not sure about the 05/06

Performance build in hot areas (like here)

if the engine senses any knock, it will pull timing..
your best bet will be to talk to whoever just did your tune about running colder plugs.
