I would be very very careful about seafoam in the crank case. But it's fine in the intake or fuel.

Just saw it as a DIY on InfinitiHelp and wanted to see if it's necessary.
Anyjuan?

the rims are not the normal ones that came on the 05/06 sedans but they are OEM chromed ones that the dealer installed before the car was sold brand new.
and they're 17's so I doubt that's the issue

Seafoam in the crank case is fine but for a really short distance, <100 miles. It thins out the oil.

If you run good oil it has cleaning agents in the oil already so I dont see a need to put anything into the crank Case.

For the fuel their are better products then seafoam. aka Redline Si- 1

For the intake, There is seafoam and Amsoil stuff, but other then that there arent any other good products.

I personally don't think so. Do you do the regular drain and fill maintenance? I would say unless you track the car, which I know you don't , you don't need one. Even then it's really not necessary.

Oh yeah, and to the SeaFoam guy: just make sure if you use deep-creep (the stuff in the can) you don't spray the plastic straw into your manifold like one idiot did
