Is this what you're talking about?

Yep, that's it. In fact, I think I did bring this up years ago and others did have the same thing... I kinda forgot 'till now... maybe it's a sign that it's time for new/different seats

believe me, its not just the political section - in fact the political section has nothing to do with it really (for me) - a particular moderator in there is a turd though, but that's not the entire reason I'm burned out on this site... the entire scene is different that it was even 3 years ago (much less 5 or 6)... anyway - just my thing, no biggie...

^So I've heard. In a way, I wish I was around back then... but in some ways I wonder if it's better that I didn't experience the "good 'ol days" then I'd be even more pissed at the stupid little things about driver.

I think all of us have a mod we really dislike

Most front strut tower bars for the coupe will also fit the sedan. I don't believe the VRT one will but the other should depending on your plenum spacer. Some will require you to remove your engine cover.
See the Suspension section for more information .

Mike, if you don't get around to it, we can test out headrests at the Riverside meet or sedan meet (not sure if i'll have my car for riverside meet though, will have to see since car may be in the shop getting painted).

I actually want to swap my headrests for something with more of a design like you would find on a high end luxury vehicle. Hmmm, I got an idea, I'll borrow my neighbor's C300 headrests just to see if it would even work.

^^^ yeah, I'll have to remember to compare to others... from what's in this thread and now that I remember looking into it years ago, I think the lean is normal for my year/base model...

It doesn't affect comfort - just looks odd... uncommon headrest mod is a unique idea though - small, incidental/subliminal things are actually more intriguing to me than in your face stuff... I look forward to what you come up with

BTW, painted?... are you doing a color change?
