Most people on this forum will tell you your wasting money, if you have money to burn then get whichever one looks best to you. None of them do anything for the car. They make noise but not power.

The stock setup on the Z is no joke, it is better than pretty well all the intakes out there based on my research.

If you add this tube and plug the baffling on the stock air box, and add a higher flowing drop in filter, you'll get pretty much the most well rounded intake possible for this car short of something completely custom and tuned, and it'll still sound awesome. It's also the cheapest option, which is nothing but a huge bonus.

If you're doing it just for looks, then buy whatever looks best.

how could they do nothing for the car at all? your smoothing out the pipeing so it gets a smoother flow and the air isnt choppy!

also does anybody know if i can use the lips that go on the coupes or not? and is there a difference in the bodystyles of the sedan from 03-06?

Not without significant modification

Yes, body style changed in 05. This included: front bumper, grill, headlights, hood, side skirts, rear bumper cover, and taillights, as well as some added/removed colors and wheel designs, and a different rear muffler section (tips sit slightly more outwards because of the different rear bumper)

Is there a specific way to adjust how the hood is connected?

For some reason, my hood isn't correctly aligned anymore.

i.e. if I try to lift the hood up, it gets caught on my passenger side fender. It seems like it's not aligned anymore.

No accidents or anything like that.

I was just wondering if there was a specific way to remedy that?

You prob need new hinges, very common. Mine were replaced under warranty.

Unfortunately, I'm not under warranty anymore (106k miles). Hopefully it's not too expensive if I have to buy it.
