Does anyone know if removing the power duct cover will increase the sound? Or a loss of power?

So did you repaint the whole car? If so, why didn't you get a new front bumper before you painted?

i think its because ive now gotten rid off most of the black trim
and i dont have or want tinted windows ..except what i have now .
a strip along the top of the windshield for blocking the sun .
i was thinking a wheel with hyper silver or brushed spokes. with a chrome lip ..

sort of like these but not this specific style wheel ..

and yes i will NOT be getting big *** ghetto chrome wheels . i promise . lol ..

but all that will be later after my move ..
If you could find a set of these your car would look balla!! sadly they've been discontinued for over a year.

well long story short ..

got into an accident .
and tried my best to get ahold of a nismo aero bumper but couldnt find one ..
not even used .. called dealerships ,junk yards . looked on forums , called other body shops . but nothing ..

funny :
my body shop said he had found one refurbished .so i was like go for it ..
but whene it got there it was an 05-06 bumper .. so i was S.O.O.L. !!!
couldnt wait longer so got the base bumper .. i like it though .lol .

and yeah the entire car got repainted ..

oh and im not a fan of f.g. so yeah ..

because they try to hard to fit in and don't ever look at their car or anything in it.

^Well, if you can't get wheels, I would say make the best of what you have, smooth them out and have the shop spray them to match.

My buddy gave me this idea and I think I might go through with it...you guys have seen my chopped AMG CLS rear bumper that I plan on doing. Rather than having a dual exhaust with quad tips, perhaps a center exit exhaust like the Lambo Reventon. Not sure how I'd work that out with the color matched piece on the bottom of the bumper though.

I have two ideas though, either the new E class tips which are a rounded rectangular (one or maybe two side by side) or tips like the new Lexus LS or Acura MDX where the middle is straight and sides angle down outward. Might have a custom tip made.

Just wondering if you guys can think of any issues running down the center in the back. I figure I can follow everything OEM to where the midpipe and muffler is and rather than bending towards the driver side, getting the piping towards the center. I can even do it above the color matched portion and make the exhaust built into the bumper.

For those that haven't seen the bumper idea, here it is:

^I like the pic much better than center exits. Just my opinion.

Rubbing question...how much is too much? Rub on my passenger left when cornering and on large dips. Dont want to blow my tire, but it doesnt rub all the time...

I could go down up 5mm in offset but I dig my stance. Fenders rolled flat.
