How did you replace the bushings? I had to bring mine to get pressed when I was doing my suspension.

Nice. What differences did you notice from replacing all the suspension parts? I'm thinking of doing the same thing soon. My car is about to hit 100k finally.

So I had the ever popular penny stuck behind the ashtray problem, but when I took the penny out the Ashtray still wouldn't close. Upon closer inspection I noticed the the penny had broken the little latch on the back of the ashtray so I need a whole new one. The Stealership wants $270 for a new one, so I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can a new one with the latch intact, preferably without getting buttraped on the price. I tried looking at the marketplace but I didn't find anything (maybe I did it wrong?). All help would be greatly appreciated.

You can check eBay I got the hole center console and three door panels for $75 because I was changing my interior from wheat to black.

i rented the ball joint press from autozone
and to extract/push out the shock bushings i used a 19MM socket to push it through with the ball joint press .with a electric impact gun .

for the lower control arm bushing i unbolted it and since the bushing was in pieces i had to use a hacksaw to cut the sleeve out .(see the sleeves that are cut n mangled) in the pic .

it was a pain in the **** .

ball joints were difficult for me because the parts that come with the ball joint press dont fit properly .. first one was soo hard .
but i returned to autozone and rented the adapter kit which has a sleeve that fits the ball joint perfectly ...so the second ball joint went alot smoother ..

and yeah . i have to wait for this weekend to install rear coilovers cuz i ran out of time .and i work so .thats why .. thanks penguin

feels very rigid which i like.
my shocks/springs and all parts i replaced were bad or going bad ..
it was aweful..

so i went from very loose to very tight and rigid is the best way i can describe it ..lol

im at 103k so its not a bad idea to do it all at once..

i pretty much saved myself anywhere from 800 to 1100 bucks by doing it all myself ..
quotes i got from a few shops locally..
woohoo
