Take a look at this thread to see what needs to be done

As for the window trim, It's not really easy to explain. The pieces are thin and prone to bending/creasing easy when removed. I had to replace two of them because I damaged them during the removal.
thanks for that info. but I think I'm just going to plastidip both parts. it'll be faster and still give me some glossy black.

hey is there a fuse for the mirrors somewhere?
my mirrors don't work/move with the ****.

Does anybody know where I can get nisrookie sideskirts? Also would anybody know if nisrookie sideskirts hang lower than nismo ones? I have a OEM awd bumper with the oem lip and don't want the skirts to hang lower than the front lip. Any input is appreciated.

Hey everyone

I just repainted my rear badge, and broke off the 2 placement tabs. I want to relocated it about 1" lower. The holes in the trunk will be covered, but I am still somewhat worried about the holes getting exposure to water/salt and getting rusted.

I am thinking I should put some white silicone on the holes to protect them from rust before putting the badge back on.

maybe you could get a little grinding stone in the hole and clean it up then paint over te part you cleaned.

The holes should have paint on them so a little clear silicone couldn't hurt.
Keep the grinder in the tool cabinet

a very fine stone would have not made the hole bigger or messed with the diameter. think of it as a small round sand paper ball. it would have sanded off any junk that is in the hole then the paint would protect it
if it doesn't have rust or anything then just oust the silicone. if it has rust, you needa take the rust off first.

Oh, now I see what you're saying. There isn't any rust right now, I'm just being proactive

Gentlemen,

2005 Infiniti G35 Sedan (6MT) lowered on eibach prokit

Is any modification required to fit 8.5 +20 upfront (225/40/19 OR 235/40/19 tire, haven't decided yet)

Thanks in advance for any input

You just need to buy the OEM sport pedals and install them. If you get the set for a 6MT you can use the clutch pedal to cover your e-brake pedal, but I believe it will need to be glued or screwed in. The rest of the pedals replace your stockers.

I want to believe, but this 3m double sided tape seems porous
