if by sills you mean the bottom black trim, then yes and no.
the front bumper is all one color cuz when it was crashed, the new bumper was painted over the sill. the rest of the car has the black trim, however it was fading so I plastidipped it 2 weeks ago and it looks much better now. I do want to get rid of it though, at least the back sill

see. no black on front bumper, but you can see where it is suppose to be cuz the mold line.

In your case it should look fine because the rest of the lower trim is black. The guy asked the question, his is a 05+ so his sills are painted, which is why I told him an unpainted lip would look bad.

oh okay. yea. for some reason I assumed he had black sills. I can see why he would want it painted in his case now.

I was thinking plastidip but I wasn't sure how it'd look. now I see it looks good.
and by mirror base you mean....? I like the wing. what kind is it? I got an m3 style one but that one looks better.

AT shift ***** don't have threads.
Pull straight down on the faux aluminum trim piece that's right at the bottom. Then there's a metal retaining clip you remove, and the **** comes straight up and off.

Thank you

I removed the trim and had it painted at a shop. If you look at you mirror, it's two pieces, the one containing the mirror and the other part it pivots on attached to the door. I had the part attached to the door painted gloss black to match the trim.

The wing is a Wald Bison lip from a Mercedes that was molded into the trunk.

^it's an OEM coupe lip. It had to be modified to fit.

Here is how I'm rolling now.

I'll never tire of those rims. They're by far one of the best factory rims ever made, IMO. So much depth yet so subtle. What were your old rims called anyways, always liked them but never noted the brand/model.

^ I totally agree. I've always wanted a set but just never ended up getting them. I'll probably wind up selling these too later on though. Old rims were DPE GT-7s

I don't remember my exact drop compared to OEM specs but my fender to ground measurements are 24.5" front and 25" rear. I haven't dailyed my car in years and no, I don't rub at all. The car is no fun for me to drive when I have to listen/feel the tires rubbing all the time
