While I can't completely discredit the aesthetics of the undercarriage, functionality is more important.
In other words, it doesn't really matter how good the undercarriage looks if it's crappy. It's like putting those fake bbk covers on stock calipers. Just poser/wannabe/ricer.

I'm glad someone picked up on the subtle innuendo.
And in that same line, like I said, I won't discredit looks, but I don't care how good it looks if it's all jacked up or crappy.
On a stock sedan 'one-wheel-wonder' ??? Why not? It's pretty much the same thing.
Our stock dif is about as benign as it gets, and the odds of it actually needing a finned cover are pretty remote. But it "looks like" a performance dif when you do that, when in reality, it's just as poser as fake calipers, fake hood scoops and NOS stickers.

That's what I was thinking. Since that post I've been looking into it and it seems for the price of swapping to the 350z rear I could save the trouble and go with an aftermarket clutch type. From what I've seen so far. I'm more then willing to go the extra mile or dollar to do it right just didn't know I was completely waiting my time. Bye the way I want my undercarriage to function like it looks so thanks for the heads up.
