Bye the way I want my undercarriage to function like it looks so thanks for the heads up.
errr, so do you have an auto or manual? The 6mt sedan comes with the 350z vlsd. Does the non vlsd come with the same diff housing as the vlsd? Does the nismo cover fit on the non vlsd diffs?

If you have the vlsd, a lot of advice i've gotten is to stick with the vlsd, and the nismo diff cover is a good idea. the stock vlsd has a really bad reputation for overheating at the track. If you have no vlsd and want an lsd, then go for the quaife if you plan on doing mostly autox/road courses, and the clutch type if you plan on doing more drifting or really want the adjustability and don't mind the extra maintenance hassle.

If you don't plan on tracking your car..... don't do anything.

I'm fairly certain the diff covers between the two are the same.

I was assuming he meant coupe...you would have to be restarted if you thought it would work for the sedans

'03 sedan 5at doggy door not really planning on tracking the car but I go to work at 3am and I have a long drive freeway and city, and hardly anyone on the road. I am somewhat hard on it and plan on a supercharger this year. learning as I go I am fairly new to tuning cars. im 99% sure I don't have the VLSD since my car is not a sport.

I would say don't bother with lsd. Do you find yourself throttle steering and wish your car had a little more push at the limit after the apex?

1 - I was referring to the spring question, not the differential discussion
2 - the guy with the differential already said he has a 03.0 with a AT (not vlsd)

Also, people seem to be forgetting that the 350z rear end is also a different ratio as well.

Anyone know torque specs for the caliper bolts holding the calipers onto the car?

Two fronts I believe are ~110ft lbs?

Rears I'm not sure.

I believe its around 115 ft lbs front and 65ft lbs rear.

Googling around, I've seen people say crap like 30 ft lbs.
