Need advice on some car parts

Hi there.

So I took my car in for an oil change and the following things were recommended to me by my local car shop.

This is the list and description of the parts that need to be changed according to the shop:

1.Rear sway bar links - have play- advise changing both

2. All 4 brake rotors have rust and ridges on lips.
70% remaining on front pads and 60% remaining on rear pads

3. Rear shock bushings at spindles are worn out and replacement necessary.

So if you folks could let me know what the most important things are on that list to do first that would be great.

Any links to where I can get the parts and what I should be paying for them would be super helpful too.
I'm in Canada but can get parts shipped to my family in NY.

TIA.

hard to tell which ones are essential

1) Are they saying the end links are just loose or that they're actually broken? either way these are cheap and you can change them yourself

2) rust on the ridge doesnt mean anything. If the contact surface is clean then you're good to go

3) Have to see it to determine whether it needs replacing. If it does then you can get replacement bushing separately from CZP or Z1 for $30-50

Thanks for the help.

Are the end links part #4 in this link:

https://www.infinitipartsonline.com/...dan-parts.html

Not sure if stabilizer bar is the same as a sway bar.

If so they are pretty cheap and I don't mind replacing them to get rid of the "tuck" sound from the rear of the car.

Also is the braking performance effected by ridges?
I can confirm that the rotors have ridges on them but no cracks. Will try to upload images if I can.

And for the bushings there's no way to tell as I am going by there word. They said something like the bushing that the shock or strut sits in. Wish I could remember better.
Z1 website is acting up and I cant find he correct bushings for my car on CZP.

your link doesnt work but these are what you need

http://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-NISSAN-I...#ht_3489wt_848

I cant find the individual bushing for the rear shock mount by it's a part of this set http://www.conceptzperformance.com/C...799.238.17.198

The individual one might be on the Z1 site (check later when the site's back up) and also call Tony and OC Infiniti (he might be able to get an individual OEM bushing)

if you're gonna order those end links from OC infitini then just call Tony and tell him to add some bushings to your order

Thanks for the links.

Yup that was the part for sure.

The auction says FRONT pair in the description so I will definitely clarify it with Tony before ordering.

So aside form the brake parts these two should cover the worn out parts right?
Are these energy bushings better than OEM? The Polyurethane ones are supposed to be better than the OEM rubber ones apparently.

K so I had my car looked at again and narrowed it down to the bushing in the diagram below:

Any recommendations on what manufacturer to use?

Is that the lower "outer" control arm bushing?

Is this a good website to buy the part from?
Mynismo

Do you guys think I should replace other bushings too?
The mileage of my vehicle is 100K.

Endlinks need to be replaced to.
TIA

mynismo is a pretty good site

I'd just get the entire rear set for $98

Where is this kit?

Once I change out the bushing will it be easier to replace the other bushings too?
Is that why its better just to get the entire kit?
Thanks.

K so I've tried to find out more on the rear bushing that I need.
Its labeled part number 43052F in the attached picture.
From what I've been told is that I need to change out the entire assembly (Part number 43052 RH) and that way I will be able to change 4 bushings.

My question is there a kit that I can buy for these bushings that are aftermarket but offer the same or exceed the ride quality and durability of oem bushings.
Is it better to change the LH side also?
Should I buy the OEM PArt for both sides (eac his around 225 I've been told) or go with the aftermarket bushing kit.

Sorry for all the questions but I've been trying ot look for an answer and the fact is I dont know a lot about this car suspension and am trying to learn as I go along.

UPDATE : Found this link on sewell:
http://infiniti.sewellparts.com/oem-...edan-2005.html

What do you think? They are selling the bushings separately.

Thanks
