Jack information needed

Hello all,

I damaged my original jack sometime ago and then purchased what I thought would be work...a jack from a Nissan Maxima. It does the job and is similar to the original but the notch that slides into the chassis is larger and will not fit in the cubby.

Would someone do me a favor and look at their jack? The label will have a "Z6" or "X6" on it.
This way I can make sure it fits.

Should be the same for all 03-06 sedans (except maybe AWD models?). I have an '05 RWD.

Thanks.

Well, my car sits so low I can no longer fit the stock jack underneath it and since I'm sure as hell not going to haul around a heavy floor jack I figured I might as well remove the spare tire LOL

There might be a difference if you have the full size spare..or space saver. If i get a chance this weekend...i'll look at mine.

I think the jack should be the same regardless of the spare size. I think the info on the jack dictates the amount of weigh the jack can support. In my case, I just need the info so I know it will fit in the cubby. Appreciate your help or anyone elses who can provide the info.

You could carry a couple Short pieces of 2 x 4, You could then drive the car up on them to get the jack underneath it

I'll get there eventually. It's been single digit temps here, so kinda hard to dig around in the trunk.

Gonna warm up to the 30's this weekend.
