Yea its unfortunate but you know I realized, it could be a lot worse.

as far as bad battery connection, ive had that problem on my old BMW. My positive terminal was loose and my car would shut off when I hit a bump hard enough. Id have to stop and play with the wires then start it back up. replaced it after 2 days and never came back. hope its nothing serious but an easy fix. Good luck man.
