I was just about to buy a IS300 before buying my G35 sedan. I didn't notice any difference in build quality and I thought the Audi interior was cheap. Well maybe it's just because I hate those pop out cup holders. Reminds me of a cheap VW. Anyway I think the build quality is in your mind put there via Toyota's propaganda machine.

BTW I would hate the IS300 too because of the 4 doors and auto. I guess I need to suck it up take it up the you know where and trade in this 4 door auto for a 2 door manual.
