so on tuesday my brakes just went out on the G so then next day in the morning i call the dealer, and they said to bring it in and they'll get me in a enterprise car cause all the loaners were out, and i dropped it off at 10 and by 5pm my car was finished with brand new brake pads and rotors, im pretty pleased with infiniti service and i am recommending infiniti of orland park in illinois

 

You're lucky bro. Hang on to that one. Many peeps here are not as happy with their service providers.

no i got my car at ogden chevy, some old guy traded it for a 06 vette, and i got a 03 g35 black on black, with 34k miles on it for 22700 out the door, i looked for a good deal for 6months and i couldnt pass it up, and the brakes warranty is good till 36k so i lucked out

Got mine from Infiniti of Lisle, nice guys and so far service has been good. They didn't want to move much on the 6MT but it might be different for the X. Good luck.

I bought my G at Lisle also. Dealt with Chris. Very nice guy straight forward. Almost negotiate price over the internet. Came in that same night and bought the car. Picked up and 03 with 36K about 6 months ago. I love it! They are busy on Saturdays so maybe a weeknight or early on Sat.

 

seems like infiniti dealerships are taking care of business, but i have to say the one on clark street downtown disappointed me, when i called them about the brake prob. they said they wont give me a loaner cause they're all out, and i asked about enterprise car and they said no we dont do that so you'll have to wait till somethings available as a loaner. Bastards, im definitely not getting anything done there

 

The Clark St location is Loeber and they just plain suck. The service department isn't open on the weekends and they treat you like crap unless you drive a high-end Mercedes. I've been to Field's up on the NW side and they seem pretty fair/straightforward. Anybody know what the maintenance work charges are at Lisle and Orland?
