Nismo Sedan Exhaust w/ sound clips

Ok first try at recording sound clips, I think they came ok, ill try to post few more later when I get a chance

Best thing to do is right click on the link and save it to your HD before playing it.

1st sound clip is driving inside my car
Clip 1

2nd sound clip is rev'ing while sitting in the driveway. Was a tad windy, ill try this one again when its not
Clip 2

3rd clip is my newphew standing on the sidewalk as I drove by, I kinda of messed up because I started to soon and was doing over 90 mph when I got to him and a cop was coming down the otherside of the road so I had to slow down real quick lol
Clip 3

It's a 2003.5, the square tips look 100 times better in person then the pictures, Especially if your following it from behind, I had my newphew drive my G35 and I followed him in my 350z and it looked bad @ss...

so did you do a trunk swap along with the rear lights too, cause there is no "doggy door"...

Only the 2003 had the doggy door, they removed it for the 2003.5 model

very nice sound - sounds a lot like my old stillen. a bit too loud for my taste, though. do you have other exhaust mods? - cats? headers?

All I'm really hearing at WOT is the intake noise. The VQ has such a loud snort at WOT, that it seems to overpower even some of the loudest exhausts out there.

This exhaust replaced my Stillen Exhaust (1st generation) and trust me this exhust is a lot more quieter then the Stillen even at WOT. Plus you have zero drone.

At Idle and cruising on the highways it is no louder then stock.

Only mods on my car are

1) Stillen Big Air Intake
2) 350z Tube
3) Nismo Exhaust
4) Nismo Suspension
5) OZ 19" RIms

Everything else is stock.

Bulletproof Automotive, took almost 3 months for them to ship it over from japan. Cost was around $1500.

At first I was not to sure about the square tips, but they grew on me rather fast and its a nice change from all the round tips on all the other G35's

It's kinda of like when a new model of a car comes out and your not to sure when you first look at it, but the more you look at it the more it grows on you.

But I can understand why some people might not like the looks, its kinda of a love or hate thing. Although I think some people might change there minds if they see it in person a few times

Have no hard info on performance gains, but I did notice a small drop in power in the mid range between the Nismo and the 1st generation Stillen I had on it, so its definatly not quite as strong as the Stillen...

Power wise I would say the Nismo is right between stock and the 1st generation Stillen.

I really liked the power the Stillen had but the droning and loudness wore me down on long drives. I hear the 2nd generation Stillen exhaust is more quiet and as the same power gains as the 1st generation and is about $500 cheaper then the Nismo. Only thing is the Nismo quality is like 5x better then the Stillen exhaust which in my opinion is kinda of cheap looking, especially the tips. But if power is all your concerned about the Stillen is a good exhuast.

This weekend Ill do some back to back sound clip runs between my G35 w/ the Nismo Exhaust and my 350z wich also has a Nismo Exhaust, that way you can get a better idea of the G35 Sound.
