Earlier in this thread there are a couple of pic's posted, but still hard to tell where the area is exactly IMO. I totally agree, it would be far better to catch it in an early stage.Originally Posted by OCG35

I took a look at my rear doors today, nothing there yet, the picture posted makes it look like a larger area than it is, guess that's why I wasn't sure where it was, I wonder why the rust would form there, unless a hidden spot wasn't prepped properly.

Just a heads up guys, my '05 G is garage kept and have only 11K miles, I noticed rust on the hinge of a rear door. The rust starts at the hinge pin area. I will snap a pic when I have a chance.
