why is it that at least 60% of the california drivers i've seen or passed on highway 99 and interstate 5 are driving the speed limit on the passing lane?

I know that the posted speed limit is the law (white sign with black numbers) but isn't the white signs that state "SLOWER TRAFFIC KEEP RIGHT" the law too..

You may doing 70 or 75+ but if faster traffic is on your tail, please move over and let it pass then you can hog the fast/passing lane all you want until another faster vehicle approaches you...

7 times out of 10 I had to pass cars on the right because the drivers think they own the fast lane doing 60-65 mph and won't move even when high beamed or being tailed for at least a mile plus... and i'm only cruising at 70-75 mph... this goes to show how unattentive some drivers can be...

Just thought I and my 2 cent vents too...

staying more than 30 secondes on the left lane without passing someone cost you 2 points now in colorado

I agree 100%. damn thats soo annoying. Esp. when its a 2 lane highway with little passing lanes but a bunch of turnouts but they still wont pull over.

i especially hate it when i pass a slower moving vehicle on the right, mind you there is no traffic in front on both lanes for another mile, and the driver either flips me off when i look over blowing past him or the driver flashes the high beams several times to make it like i was doing something wrong to impede his travel.... encountered countless drivers in compact suvs who think they own the fast lane all to themselves.... i also hated when certain drivers, when attempting to pass a big rig, taps their brakes during the passing maneuver or deiceds to cruise right along with the big rig in the big rig's blindspot too....

i have yet to take my g35 past 125 mph but i managed to run my 2k2 6psd maxima to 140 mph when a ford focus svt tried to snub my tail...
