Anyone ever contact Infiniti About Grill defects?
My grill is chipping terribly with only 1700 miles on it. I just left a message for the sales manager at the dealership about what tree to bark up about this. Does anyone else have any information on this? I know someone was asking about how to contact Infiniti a while back to complain about the music box features, but I didn't see any definitive contact information in that thread. This grill problem is truly sad, its much much tooo nice of a car to have such a cheap flimsy grill that chips so easily
Hello, all:
The grille on my G35 Journey looks like it has chickenpox
, and I've only got 2900 miles on the car. This, and the malfunctioning heated seat on the passenger side are my primary complaints when I go in for the first oil service.
Regards,
Joey

be nice..? not that i'd be mean or anything, but i get tired of hearing that this is somehow a requirement to get defects fixed while still under warranty.

But I'd get a second one to work on.
If they ever sort this out you may need the OEM chromie to get the warranty replacement.
