-ONCE IN A WHILE I GET THE DASH RATTLE
-KEY FOB PROBLEM HAPPENED TWICE
-MY GRILL HAS A MILLION CHIPS IN IT

I feel as tho my G has suffered from all the problems people complain about. Im kinda pissed off about it because its a new car and i hate nagging the dealer about these issues.

Who else has had these problems? I know my G was one of the first batch manufactured so i cant really complain...well yes i can i paid #$@$#%$# for this %$#$%$# car!!!

Also lets help each other out and give solutions to these problems....hopefully people have solutions that i can do in my garage and not go to Infiniti
I have had all those problems as well as:
TPMS - Has been constantly acting up. Has been reset 6 times
Shift **** - Terribly hard to shift out of Park
Driver's Seat Belt - Had it replaced twice.

I feel like I have had way too many problems with this car. It is the first "luxury" car I have purchased. I expected more from this that my 2002 Ford Focus. Sadly, I had less problems with it.

Service engine soon light coming on, because my gas cap wasn't on tight, but that's about it... years I've owned my Baby G - 2.

so far, after 2 weeks, haven't noticed anything more than a few light scratches in the paint...
though there's a fair bit of corrosion around the shock bolts under the hood... looks galvanic, poor material choice? is there any risk of affecting alignment by replacing?

Weather striping on door-pushed it back into place myself.
Moonroof liner-pushed it back into place myself.

They are little annoyences I have to say, espcially for a 40k car. But it could worse. Our fuel pumps could fail on us in the middle of nowhere or we could overheat and go into limp mode ;x

BTW...Knock on wood...

Wouldn't that qualify for the lemon law, since your vehicle was in for repair for so long.

I have had the following minor issues:
  • Sunroof finisher problem (fixed under warranty)
  • Heated seat issue (fixed under warranty)
  • Chips in grill (notified dealer who will inform me when there is a fix)
  • Gas cap tether (fixed under warranty)

In all not too bad and I am really enjoying this car .

Only complaint I have is the thin cheap paint on the front air dam! It's already starting to flake and chip. IMO, Infiniti needs to add more layers of paint and good flexer to prevent this. So far, no other problems with the car!
