Canadian Base Trim G's = No Bluetooth?!

Hi All,

I just test drove a G35 with base trim (it's got nothin', like really, nothin'). Am I missing something or is Bluetooth not standard?

I'm in Canada in case that changes anything... ?!

Any Canadians out there with base G's that can speak to this?

J

Should have posted this in the Canadian specific forum. Have done so separately now. Can an Admin please delete this thread?

Sorry.

Yeah, got that confirmation in the Canadian sub-forum as well. Really a shame, I thought this level of car would be standard back then.

Anyway, thanks!

I did this in the Canadian forum too, , love it.

Yep, the bass model is really base. You don't even get heated seats or memory seats for that matter. No power telescoping steering wheel either

Actually get this, the car has no options but it does have the heated seats!

I guess my **** will be warm in the winter time.

I think the G isn't as good value as it used to be. Just look at the Fiesta. For 20K you get loads of more options than you get with the G.

Yeah Ford is killing it with their Microsoft Sync partnership. Not the nicest crossover but have you seen the new Lincoln commercial? If I'm not mistaken the dash is now run by some Sync technology as well. I'm a big techy so I'm hurting without the technology. I'll just add it in there anyway but, I just don't like the fact that it'll look slightly ghetto and not factory. Guess I'll just have to upgrade the car for new factory tech later on.

I hear you. Ford is doing well. Yeah I love the tech they have. You can even costumize the dash left and right side. Not a fan of the look of the car but well equiped for sure. Love the tech part of it.

Ford = best bang for your $ right now.
