CD changer in truck => DVD player
There's some old threads kicking around that showed people taking the CD Changers out.
It's a fairly easy task.
I never use mine...
A) It's a PITA being in the trunk
B) It makes the entry of the trunk too small for anything that would otherwise fit back there.
C) What the fvck is a CD?!?

if you guys dont use it and need the extra space, then many have removed the cd changer and the covering and replaced it with OEM non cd changer trunk cover to get a wider trunk opening.
I think it would be very cool if someone designed a full iPod integration solution using the existing CD changer harness. If I recall, track up/down signal is available through the harness.
Is there a model that comes without it? / different liner? I took mine out and put a dvd player in. It was strait forward.. drop the liner, take out the changer, run rcas to center console, mount dvd player..
