It's stock height in the sense that that's the corporate mule, very likely the same vehicle they've been sending out for press reviews. It's also likely this mule was not a production US model.
I think the photos are rather misleading though. Seeing the dirt on the tires has the added effect of making it look lower than it is. Much in the same way that if you shoot a photo at the right angle and with the proper lighting, the tire blends in with the gap and the whole car just looks like a 4x4.
