Serpentine/drive belts.
Filters and ordered a new belt at the shop. I guess I would be doing some good forecasting
Well you can never go wrong with taking precaution haha
fyi there is only one belt on the V36 to replace and if you read in the diy section most last quite some time while others have snapped early mainly due to the auto tensioner not acting properly. Best way is to inspect the belt visually for cracks and crumbling.
Ya most of the time....or this can mean that the belt is a bit lose...just look at the belt closely (from the inside) to see if there are cracks or signs in wear

My Infiniti mechanic told me the new generation serpentine belt in the G is made with EPDM - you can google it - and as a practical matter they could probably be lifetime. As it's a cheap maintenance, you can do it anytime, but the mechanic told me it's virtually certain the belt would last 100k or more. I'm going to do every 60k since it's cheap. I think he also said with the EPDM belt it's not really the visual inspection for cracks that matter, but I can't remember what did.

I can't imagine it's all that hard to find.
