Before hammering me please know that I used the search and couldn't find exact answers to my questions.
I switched my stock 2008 G35 sedan wheels to Rays forged. Also upgraded to Power Stop rotors.
The wheels came last year, but the rotors were installed a couple years ago. For some reason I didn't notice the rust ring on the rotors until it was pointed out to me. Did they send me the wrong size rotors?
Also, the rear rotor doesn't match the hub size of the wheel. Is this a problem?
My aim is to get an overall better braking solution as this car seems to warp even aftermarket rotors at an incredible rate.
I know there are Akebonos out there, but the prices seem ridiculous. Are there any other options for better braking and lifetime of the braking system that won't break the bank?

Reason: Wrong pic
Rotors rust due to the environment they exist in, some rust quicker due to their low quality! I wouldn't call these rotors an upgrade. Warping (read closely) is caused by two reasons low quality, but the most important is allowing some to install your wheels using a impact gun! Wheels must be installed using a torque wrench set at 80 lbs., that's the only way you can stop rotor warping. Next time you need rotors upgrade to a set of DBA sold by our vendors on Marketplace under vendor brakes! Gary
There's nothing wrong with your rotors, I have the stoptech ones and the machined surface is just greater than where the pads actually contact. The fully machined face is susceptible to rust so there's not much you can do about it. Iron rusts, the end.
Paint it, with a zinc resistance coating. That only lasts a. Few years though. I think I've seen people paint those after the fact and get them machined from that point.
