Spinning bolt for shock to lower control arm 07 35x

Im at wits end here, the bolt that connects the wishbone esque shock Mount found on the all wheel drives models spins freely. I'm gonna go crazy. Tried hitting it with a hammer while using a ratchet to unscrew. Pic related

I recently had this happen to the rear of my 05 6MT sedan.
There is a bushing pressed into the control arm, it is shot and the bolt is seized to it. Since the new bushing took like a week to ship to me, I bolted the old shock back up so I could still drive while waiting for parts. Since my shocks were blown and i was installing coilovers anyways, I just cut my old shock off and pressed the bushing out then pressed a new one in.

Ive got a new arm, with all the bushings (job is for a new lower ball joint) just after posting i bought a new bolt on ebay, should i just cut the bolt? Also doing front shocks, i need that wishbone part because the shock doesn't come with that.

In my experience that bolt is not going to come out. Hopefully you can cut the bolt in between the clevis and the arm and slip the clevis off. Or cut/grind the bolt flush to the outside of the clevis and be able to pry the clevis over whats left off the bolt. Good luck friend you have some destruction to do.

For a real messy process use a blow torch and melt the bushing. I've had to resort to that on my Audi, but it worked.

already tried that.... Wouldn't budge after a considerable amount of rubber was burned.

Just to confirm, ALL TENSION has been taken off that bolt right? You have the vehicle supported, you have the top of the strut hanging free (with a bungee so) and not attached to the vehicle anymore yes?
