Well, this topic may be related to my car or not, Its been at Lupient Infiniti since Monday afternoon, so far they seem baffled by what the car does, as it warms up front cold start, to operating temps, I have been told there top drive ability tech is working on it, and has witnessed what it does, while driving it and the 1-2 minutes it acts up then completely goes away..... So far i am just short of $500.00 in time, and diagnosis fees into this endeavor.....

Does RPM starting fluctuating as well maybe 500-700RPM as well when acting odd? Trying to remember what symptoms were as now probably a decade or so ago.

Yes rpm's fluctuating, from just a steady, or slight throttle tip in, at slow speeds, for only about 2 minutes, + or - should find out today the results of they're efforts and my coin, I admit i prolly should have done something about this years ago, (particularly when it was still under extended Elite warranty coverage back then. ( although the car had coverage thru 2013, i think, this stuff started after that) Any way the car runs so damn good once it gets past this small window, and its prolly why i didn't really do any thing about it all those years ago. Plus after about 2012, 13 and 14, i just wasn't active on this board any more, i just ran the car and took super good care of it, and it really never let me down!! winter started fairly early here, so warm up time for the cars is longer, and i suppose that's what prompted me to finally do something....

It sure sounds like symptoms on mine that were fixed with TSB.

Well, it turns out that since my car had >never< had ANY ECU updates, it finally got one, Part # before reprogramming>23710-JK68A< to 23710-68E ! apparently iv'e gone from A to E in updates over the 13 years iv'e owned the car, and never taken it in for anything, and it DID cure all of those post warm up rpm fluctuations! without the loss of the hyper throttle response that i like!! Total bill was $521.00 which included the diagnosis fee, and a almost new suv, the one with that new variable compression 4 cylinder turbo, (kinda nice) for most of a week. I sort of made it know, when i decided to go through with this to the service writer, how much i distrust dealers, but after talking with this particular service writer, i was quietly confident they were gonna do what they say, and be honest with what they find, (good or bad with my car) and let me know, ANYTHING out of the ordinary. So i an very satisfied with they're work, and told them so! btw, the car drives, and runs, and performs like it did almost 13 years ago!!!
