Alright - it's been awhile. update -

It is likely that i fried my TCM when i re-did the solenoid job initially because i forgot to remove the battery connections while disconnecting important **** like the canbus harness etc.

I plan on sending my valve body in this tranny to a company in Florida for a full rebuild. they charge 740 for my car/year.

In the meantime, i copped another transmission for $450 delivered to my house with about 93K miles on it. I found another shop that will install it for another $450.

I have heard that i am going to have to reflash the Tranny/TCM from a few people but the mechanics seem to be sure that i will not need that for my car.

I will come back and report what happens. I am also looking for someone to rebuild/reman this transmission.

 

Since it was a used transmission you shouldn't need to reprogram the TCM, that's just for a NEW TCM.
