You are missing a cotter pin btw.

But that bolt….looks like theres a lot of tension on it. Try moving things around to take the tension off of it. Use a jack under it if u have to. Hammer a socket on it and use an impact gun. Always have an impact gun when working on stuff like this. Its a life saver!!

yea i seen that to on the tire rod but i do have a impact and jack under thats not the point the bolt is impacted half way out but now its terrible rounded and its hanging out far enough to where i cant get a good angle with the socket because of the tire rod the driver side did not have this weird space issue
And the bolt is so rounded nothing will fit and i cannot find a 13mm bolt extractor socket in stores to save my life its like only online can you find all sizes

What's the big deal with disconnecting the tie rod? If it made things easier to get at the problem bolt, seems like it would be worth it.

I'd be going to town on that thing with a pair of channel lock pliers at this point.

Were you originally removing it with a 12-pt socket or a 6-pt? 12-pt sockets are evil, they're designed to round off nuts.

nope 6 point and i have some vice grips and i can swear to you im using all my strength to pinch them together and turn but nothing is happening how high can i lift up the knuckle until it starts lifting the car for better leverage? Even have a long tooth vice grip kinda thing still no sucess
at this point if anybody is in atlanta ga and willing to get this easy bolt out i will pay

Don't have a deep 17mm? If you're going to try and DIY stuff on your car, you need to get yourself a socket set for New Years. It will save you so much time. A battery powered impact wrench makes pretty quick work of most of those fasteners on the suspension. If you don't have the right tool for the job you end up damaging too many things and this multiplies the time to do a job many times over as you have to battle to remove the broken stuff and fix it. Like using a propane or MAP torch to heat stuck fasteners so they come out so you don't break them and have to use an extractor.
