how can he lose his receipts when he didnt ship the wheels in the first place?
and IF he did indeed lost the receipts then it would be his fault since he cant prove the wheels were sent. what a scamma.

yeah seriously why would you make a comment if he received the money he sent the wheels...i guess you must know ahmar personally since you know he personally doesnt have a credit card....you should be nice enough to send his address over to the guy who got scammed

Wow, as a seller, I would be all over this sh*t and get things cleared up before it even got to page 2... I've dealt with USPS, and it's not all that difficult to call their customer service line and get the delivery confirmation number. You can step out of class and handle this business in 5 mins. tops. Tooooo many excuses man. I will NEVER do business with this guy unless he pulls through.

Absolutely Gary. If it turns out for sure that he's scammed Simplur, than he'll be banned from Driver without question.

How come he can't come up with the PM that Simplur sent him? Not that it can't be faked but he can't even cough up that info

i thought buying wheels from ahmar,a vendor on g35nyc, would be a safe decision, rather than buying from a normal member. .....and i still got screwed.
...there was no way i couldve seen this situation occur to me.

....i visited my local police station last night regarding the complaint i filed
through the FBI website, and i simply have to wait.....i need to talk to another detective that specializes in internet crime in the same station tomm after i get out work....i really hoped ahmar would come through and refund my money...

i hope ahmar's friends in ny could help me out on this, but seems unlikely,
even though he is getting killed on g35nyc.

From reading this thread, what I don't get is... he said you PM'ed him and said you got the wheels and you thanked him, then later he says he would try and refund you your money if you didn't get the wheels... WTF, I would be furious if you thanked me one minute and then said you never received the wheels the next minute. There's no way I would even consider giving you a refund if that were the case... I don't get this guys deal.

And if I were you Simplur, I would create that Paypal account asap, it only takes 5 mins. to do so.

EDIT:
If I were Ahmar and really had that PM, I would simply have an Admin sign into my account and read that message. That would dead this case.

Just a note for those thinking about PayPal... Hook it to an American Express card or A SEPARATE BANK ACCOUNT ONLY.

I am still fighting over $1250 that was stolen out of my account because after they emptied my PayPal, it started automatically pulling out of my bank account.

Absolute nightmare trying to get this resolved.

^ Well, if you apply for a MasterCard through Paypal, I believe they automatically link it to that.. I'm almost positive everything I pay for through Paypal comes up on my MasterCard that I got through them... Then I simply write out a check for that statement.

Trust me... If you have gone through what I have gone through, a PayPal credit card linked to a PayPal account is about as bad as you can get.

They "corrected" my issue on Wednesday until I found out that in correcting my issue, they took another $550 out in the adjustments they were doing.

I have been on there for 8 years and have seen a ton of fraud and headaches. this is the first time it has affected me, but I tell you, it could have been worse, and if you don't hand hold them throughout the whole process, you will lose MORE money than the original fraud.
