Someone find an old Delivery Confirmation number they have from USPS and just enter it into the online tracking - I'm almost positive it will still show the info.

If so there has got to be a way they can find it (if it exists)

Just entered:
2 USPS Conf. # from last month (August) &
2 USPS Conf. # from 2 months ago (July)

both still show

I ship stuff daily and even keep my records if I sell anything over $1.00!

attention all sellers - NEVER ship ANYTHING USPS without this:
From USPS' website: http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm

"Proof of Delivery is a letter that includes the recipient's name and a copy of their signature. You can request Proof of Delivery to be emailed, faxed, or mailed to you for no additional fee for Express Mail® and Signature Confirmation™ services."

Without it, expect to refund money.

Thats it in a nutshell as far as I'm concerned.

Plus I find it hard to believe someone would pay the 100-150 dollars to ship the wheel in cash and then accidently loose the tracking number.
No kidding. No debit/credit/cheque; $1XX paid in cash... OP I hope you get your stuff back.

if that’s the only confusing part it would be easy... there really isn’t anything about his actions or explanations that are acceptable.

That is why I pack and print online. Delivery confirmation gets emailed to me as well as I save about 10% as well

+ the look on the faces of the suckers that wait in line to ship their stuff (as you casually go to the front of the line, drop off your package and then leave)

Actually I have been told they are stopping doing that soon. I guess there have been "Issues" where people say they dropped them off, paid for printing, but the packages had issues.

I only eBay Fall through Spring and with their recent sh^*(ty changes looking to get out.

Better yet, if you find a couple of the 24 hour post offices, I just do a quick run early morning or late night and even less waiting

Pretty soon ahmar is going to dissappear and not show up at all. Someone on nyc should tell op the address so he can send the cops down there right now to get this settled. The longer you wait the less chance you have.
