2008 G in new motor trend

saw the 2008 coupe in the new motor trend, they say it's getting the 306hp for a couple of years then a detuned single turbo version of the GT-R's 3.7 before the next major face lift. Might have been car and driver got them both the same day. look sharp as hell though.

Me2
Thats exactly where I am looking to drop some green, same choice . I drove the 335 and the Acura TL Typ S 6 speed in December, but since i cant even drive the '07 G35-6MT sedan right now , i decided to wait out the 08 Coupe and see what it will offer in comparo to the 335.

The TL was nice, more floaty, more for the quite type, felt too disconnected to the road, and has a terrible view of the gauges. It was fast, but you could feel the size of the car slowing down the engine, it cleanly ranked below the 335. If you want to be driven, its a good choice, if you want to drive, ....

I can only hope they keep to the schedule and release all specs at once, and then put in on the showroom floor yesterday.

I own a 335i, car has exceeded all my expectations. How about this, they have a piggyback system for 1,300 that will give you 350 WHP and 380 TQ on 93 octane. No CELs thrown, no driveability issues, dealer doesn't even know its there.

BMW have two chips to choose from, the Xede and the PROcede. They both haven't fully worked out the bugs yet.
