My impressions on the G37!

Your G in 30 years will be a pile of metal in a scrap yard.
Also, laugh all you want as I pass you in my G37 Coupe and you try and keep up

In that case the G37 is going to kick G35's *** stock vs stock. Both have aluminum engine blocks that can't take much more than 450hp at the crank. The old Supra 2JZ-TTcalong with the GT-R RB26DETT are pretty insanely overbuilt motors. Then again, so are the American muscles when it comes to raw power and strength.

Oh wait, wrong picture.

I'll pay $50 to have someone erase the memory of the G Coupe Concept from my brain. Maybe then I will like the G37 more.
I can't agree more .This was the car i wanted .I like the interior but it is not the concepts interior. The hood looks the same as the M take a look. It also looks like the lexus sc430.

I've been here a couple of years now and never had so much backlash... This forum is hostile. I know I won't be missed if I left. I guess I will just read posts for awhile like many do because if your opinion is written, you may get beat down here.
Feels like I'm in a 350Z forum lately.
I do thank you guys who helped me out, understand and agree!

I was at the Infiniti dealer yesterday and they told me the new G37 will be $2-$3K higher than the G35. We'll see when the pricing is released!

). No one think you're that childish (something you're accusing us off) in real life.

750+ HP can be produced and steet-able; more is possible with stronger block castings and special main caps etc. and yes, it's still the VQ so your not putting a half ton inline in there (exaggerated somewhat but you get my point). I don't plan on more than 18-20 PSI and can do that with internals and not the special block because I doubt I will do more than short bursts or highway cruising...
It's all about the Benjamins
I'll keep this sexy 35 and still know it's way sexier than the 37 and please don't think your gonna blow by me so easily when the project is all done. Also, if I'm still perceived as a 5 year old, I take it as a compliment; I'm not a biased man who can't imagine that a G35 could actually be a contender as a world class sports coupe with some dollars spent in technology and time. You all know the G35 is still sexier than most sports coupes even as sticker prices exceed 70K and beyond. I say it WILL be coveted and if only by this 5 year old; so be it!
It's all in fun anyway, do you think I really take this stuff too seriously?

Ok, but seriously if I were to strap a Pratt & Whitney F119* onto my G35 Coupe, I will fly pass the G37 at about 500mph. It has 35,000 lbs of thrust.... how many horsepower is that?

I can make a 600WHP Civic that would run circles around your built/turbo'd VQ for less money than what you paid for your coupe... does that mean its a better car? no.
