Edmunds.com - G37 Interior Looks The Same as the 07 G35 BUT FEELS Different?

I thought you guys might find this interesting. On Edmunds.com one of the writers compares his experience of driving their Long Term 2007 G35S Sedan to the new G37 Coupe.
He doesn't mention anything about the performance of the G37 as that article is upcoming, but what I did find interesting is that he mentions that despite the interiors of the 07 G35 sedan and the G37 looking identical, the feel of sitting in the G37 Coupe is noticeably different than the Sedan.
Here's a quote:
"The two G's interiors may look identical in person and pictures, but I was surprised how different they feel. Most notably, I felt like I was sitting lower in the G37, leading to a greater feeling of being enveloped by its interior, rather than just sitting in it like the sedan. As a second opinion, the similarly heighted Dan Edmunds (who drove the G37 more than 1,200 miles) confirmed I wasn't crazy. This furthers the sportier feel and character of the coupe. The lower seat also provided more thigh support and legroom for my lanky legs -- I certainly wasn't expecting a coupe to be more comfortable than a sedan."
Check it out. What do you guys think?

I have to say for a coupe to try and squeez 6'3 in to a good driving position will be a good thing. I can't remember how close I was to the roof in the 335, but I did fit ok.

Another edmunds article (G37 vs 335i): http://blogs.edmunds.com/?14@12.dOTQbIiChMb@/karl/525. Not to spark another debate, but just an interesting article read. Its obvious the guy is highly biased towards BMW. Also it doesn't sound like he's very educated on the new G37, assuming the shifter is the same as the sedan....
