I absolutely love them! The tires on those are totally different animals. they're Goodyear Eagle GS CS roadrace tires at 20 A/AA tread rating. 245/40 in front 275/40 in back. They have INSANE lateral grip, and forgiving in slides. But they dont like to mashed on. The tires got really slippery by the 4th or 5th lap accelerating out of the sweeper and turn-1 short course. I have/had to change my driving style and not get horny all over the throttle. I managed to best myself a 41.46, nearly 0.5 seconds off my recorded best - but that's during practice. on the time attack portion, I went .01 slower from my recorded time attack run at 41.95...the tires kept sliding out from under me. imagine smokeless drifts...that was what it was like. I'll probably get faster with more throttle control and more practice. The power is definetly there...powering out of almost every corner, with a little more finesse...the times should drop. we'll see what happens at the next event.
