Fujita Short Ram Air

Just spoke with a local shop, they told me that a new Intake offered by Fujita is actually designed by the old part owner of injen and that it is creates beeter airflow than the injen intake, they are sellin it for $227, im thinkin of picking one up this weekend, has anyone heard anything about this intake?

not worth it. just stay with what you have and spend your money on something more useful.

Agree. SRI's will suck in the hotter, less dense air from the engine bay, which will hurt performance.

I dont want a CAI that sits in the Bumper, a SRI will be less risky as far as Water is concerned, im looking for opinions on the Brand Design and quality..Im sure someone has heard good things about this intake

it wont hurt performance. THere have been a few people that have dyno tested SRI's and CAI's back to back on the same dyno, same day. There was less than a 1hp difference.

You can get the Stillen hi-flow and z-tube for virtually the same price. Totally shielded from hot engine air and heatsoak through the metal intake pipe. http://www.stillen.com/product_detail.aspx?sku=402834

I have a brand new one I'm selling for $225 and I'll throw in an extra brand new filter. If you're located in SoCal, this will be a good deal!! Shipping I can't imagine being more than $15 anyway though...

I have the injen and I dont use the cold ram pipe I have it as a short ram they look almost identical

Not worth it IMHO. The location of the filter is horrible. Sure, less chance of hydrolock, but the filter is RIGHT next to the engine sucking in hot air. The best bets are the JWT popcharger or Stillen Intake. Both are equipped with heatshields and can be used with the OEM 350Z tube.

Just installed my Fukita Intake, sounds tough, I dont know why people keep knocking Fujita just because it new!
