I'd go with Ztube and Amsoil air filter. This way you don't have to worry about the oil when cleaning the k&n air filter.

I don't know that intake.

Does it have an unshielded filter sitting in the engine compartment?

If yes, that will reduce power. Hot air reduces power on our engines quite a bit.

Yes, it will but then you will be back to stock or up a few The spacer is a must have IMO.
