just installed ztube + POP charger v. heat shield question

it seems like the heat shield was designed for use with the g35 tube because the edge of the filter kind of rubs on the edge trim stuff, probably due to the fact the z-tube is shorter or something

does anyone else have this problem? if so, did you leave it as is or remove the heat shield?

but other than that, my car sounds bad *** now, i love it

I just installed mine. Stillen z-tube and JWT popcharger. And had no fitment issues or anything. Only thing confused me was how to clamp the bottom part of the heatshield to the car.

And the car sounds amazing, around 3k you can hear a whistle. And after 5k the motor sceams. And the car feels much more responsive and smoother then before. I'm exciting to add more parts later on too!

Im glad you like the popcharger as much as I do!!

Yeah, I just put one in and the back inside edge of the filter sits on the heat shield, plus the bottom kinda sits on the heat shield too. Not sure if I installed it wrong, but I can't really seem to get it off the heatshield even after messing with the brackets.
