Test pipes and oil consumption

Only way I'm gonna buy it. And then we have some serious investigating to do as to way it's happening... but I think something else is going on.

It may be that your car has an issue. With test pipes and exhaust you liked the sound, took it to redline more often, and the problem made itself known. You took off the test pipes, were scared about consuming oil and never floored the car anymore, and the consumption issue is subdued, until the next time you start redline it again.
Im currently having an oil consumption test done so if the dealer says everything is ok, then i will go ahead and re-install the test pipes to see if the problem occurs again.
