Re: Borla or Injen SES Exhaust?

I too have narrowed it down to these two exhausts. I like the look of the Injen but the only thing that is keeping the Borla in the picture is the fear that the Injen is too Obnoxious! I have yet to hear either on a coupe or sedan. How difficult and costly would it be to have two resonators, one for each side, cut and welded into the Injen if it turned out to be to aggressive? I say this because, I think I am leaning towards the Injen but want a way out if it turns out to the wrong sound. What do you guys think?

Re: Borla or Injen SES Exhaust?

My custom Injen sedan system use's the same mufflers as used in the coupe and Z system. And I'm running them with 18" Magnaflow 4" round mufflers as resonator's, plus I have a custom X crossover. Even with the resonator's and the X crossover, it's still aggressive when it's run up through the gears. It does not idle as loudly however and I have no complaints about drone.

Hope that helps.
