its called TI/C Greddy Single Exhaust if that helps

It should go between the y pipe and the mid pipe... the other side curves and won't line up with an extension there.

Who's working on your car? If your car is in a shop and the "mechanic" working on your car can't figure that out, I suggest you find another shop...
