I believe most of AZ, except for Maricopa and Pima county don't require testing. I may be wrong.

Yeah but it's still illegal to have remove your catalytic converters, isn't it!???

Not sure. If there is no emissions testing or laws you can do whatever you want to your exhaust.

Looks and sounds great. Now that you've driven it a while, any issues with the missing evap?

No issues at all im just running w the evap in the trunk... and i am in the process of sectioning off the evap from the trunk just so its in its own compartment... so far ive been hammering sheet metal and pop riveting a lot will post pics when project is done

technically it’s against Federal regs... but you can only be punished if you get caught

what are my options?

I relocated the evap system to the trunk now trying to figure out what system would fit the best with the least modifications?
