in the world of manufacturing (of any type), there are multitudes of factors that may cause delays...

your expectation of an "exact ETA" is nothing short of a perfect world. Welcome to reality, the world (especially mod world) is far from perfect.

Just realize you aren't getting screwed - Tony doesn't benefit by making you wait - so it's certainly not purposeful or controllable... they'll be ready when they are ready. Don't lose sight of the fact that this is just a car mod, it's not the end of the world if you have to wait another week.

It will not fit an X without slight modification to the passenger side pipe...probably like a 75$ job at a muffler shop

Tony i wanted to get your opinion about these pipes on an high mileage engine with about 150k?...currently have hfc's right now and they've been great. Think throwing art pipes on would stress the engine? Thinking in terms of longevity here, hesitant on getting tuned as well

Test pipes, or ART pipes will actually give less back pressure on the engine, which i guess is technically less stress.

Basically, they're not going to affect the car in a negative way, so i wouldn't worry about that. Just be sure that it's in a good serviced state before tuning it.

Do you have anymore info about the modification? I don't want to get these unless I'm certain I can get them to work.

Just got my exhaust yesterday and put both the ART pipes and Exhaust on today. No SES light, love the sound when you get on the gas and love it even more when it's quiet at an idle.

Why don't Motordyne ART pipes fit G35x AWD?

I've done some searching and haven't found anything. Does the protuberance on the ART pipes interfere with some part of the AWD system? Front diff/transfer case or front axles?

EDIT: I should add that I found info on why they don't fit 2nd gen AWD cars... nothing on 1st gen.

Art Pipe question

Hi guys I have a set of Art pipes, I dont have bolts, gaskets, or an install guide for them. I have a few questions, is there a bolt that has to be shaved off to stop hissing when paired with a tdx v2? Also, for the part thats connects to the header can I use stock bolts with a silicone seal paste, for the side that connects to the y pipe I know u need a gasket? Finally, what are the torque specs for the bolts thanks guys!

Thanks for all the help!!!!!!!!
