Anxiously awaiting more dyno results! I'm hoping the MREV 2 will produce TQ (especially in the mid range)... This is what I've been after for quite a while. I'm absolutely not concerned about max hp - I'm okay in that department and unless this kills high rmp hp, I am still interested – as long as it provides mid TQ!

Just completed the MREV2 install on my 2005 5AT sedan. I was skeptical at first, but damn, I can certainly feel the difference throughout the revrange. It brought back some power down low, added a ton in the midrange, and keeps pulling till I hit redline. This is certainly the best bang for buck mod I have purchased.

However, my plenum is still hot to the touch after driving. I ordered the copper iso thermal 5/16" spacer and the MREV2 lower collector.

Any ideas?

Right on, Boris . . . Glad you are enjoying the MREV 2.

The upper collector will still be hot to the touch. However, you should have noticed that the heat is bearable, now. Just to be sure . . . The rubber insulating gasket, which came fixed to the copper plate was installed facing the plenum neck, right?

In any event, have a blast with your newest mod and try to keep the speeding down to a minimal.
