WTF. This car is pissing me off
opened the door and this is the result:


anyone else have this problem, or more importantly, how to fix it. i have an extended war. but i have to pay 75 for a fix. if it's cheaper i would like to do it myself.

found a thread on this site and it had the schematics. i looked at it and it looks like the bolt that goes in the handle backed out. should be a fairly easy fix. i'm just new to the g. everything else i've had was early model hondas.
Theres no screw there , its like a pin or the handel has a tab that holds it in place its either worn out or missing, dont know exactly how to explain it but happens on my passanger side every time someone pulls the door handel hard. You got to take off the door panel, glass , big metal sheet that holds the window reg & then the handle, on the jam siide of the door theres a black plug remove it and theres a torx screw that holds the key cylinder side of the handle and then another bolt holding the other end

but it seems to be just a bolt on the inside. looks like it will be a pain in the ***.
