To you have to remove the infiniti kick plate inside the door jam to remove the sideskirt? How easy is it to remove the sideskirt? Thanks for the help!

i took off my kickplate to take off the sideskirts.
There are about 8-10 screws that hold the sideskirt in place from under the bottom, about two screws on the front and rear of the sideskirts (fender) and then after you remove all the screws pull on the sideskirt outwards because they are retained by clips.

I broke some of my clips when I did mine recently too... What are u using to hold the new skirts on? I got most of the screws back in along the bottom and the front and back, but don't really want big screws going into the skirts to the side of my car? I tried double sided 3M, but that doesn't hold all that great...

actually if u stick a flat screw driver in near the clip and yank it should pop off. its when u pull the side skirt to pop the clip off does the tearing occur. jus something i noticed when doing mine

^^yea i meant tearing = broken clips. the one that like to break is the one where that squarish pice holds the white plastic pin looking thing. that sucker tears easily
