Driver Side Power WIndow

My drivers side window is not rolling down and so I took of the door panel and looked at the regulator and the motor. The motor spins with it disconnected from the regulator but not when connected. I cleaned the regulator and made sure it moves up and down smoothly but still doesnt work. I then checked the voltage with a multimeter and saw that pin 4 is supposed to get 10 volts but is only getting 3 ˝ volts. I dont know where the other 6 is going but I cant really understand the wiring diagram. Can anyone help me, could it be the main cpu thats faulty not xfering the right voltage or what. Please anyone who can explain the wiring and what I should do. Please and Thank You.

^^
No year, no model, but check all the wiring harness connections and follow the electrical schematic diagrams and troubleshooting steps in the FSM. Could be a defective regulator?

2006 g35. Im not sure what ng or ok. Is that ok and no go lol. I dont see any issues with the regulator. Its not stuck its like the motor is not strong enough for the pressure to move it. Thats why the voltage makes sense like the motors not getting enough volts to move it. 6 volts is quite a bit to not be going to the motor.

Is that the voltage you get from the harness directly or when it's attached to the motor?

Its the reading just from the harness not connected. The red pin 5 next to it reads 10.3 volts so i dont know where there is 6 volts missing. The tester that plugs into the cpu says low voltage. Im talking about the tester that tells you whats wrong with the car.

Does everything else on the vehicle function perfectly? It starts, it runs fine, the window motor is the ONLY problem?

Also, the 10vdc wire is probably the encoder wire which is SUPPOSED to be 10vdc. You need to check for power on the blue and green wires (not the one that's blue with a green stripe), window up will give 12vdc on one of them, window down will give 12vdc on the other.

There are multiple wires that also operate at 5vdc.

Check section GW - Glass and Windows
