Im assuming that car is on airbags or else that thing would be impossible to drive anywhere.

Anyway, u didnt tell us anything about what the windows are actually doing. Give us some details. What happens when u try to move em?

Nothing happens when you push the buttons, the passenger one works until the window goes all the way down. then it doesn't work we have changed the locks and window motor still not working have tried to reset them and still nothing.

Take off the door panel, the inner panel, unplug the harness from the window motor. Use a digital multimeter and read voltage across the two pins of the harness, up should be +12v dc, down should reverse polarity to -12v dc.

If you have voltage then you probably have bad motors (check both doors, you might have a broken wire in one of them at the hinge), if you DONT have voltage then you might have a bad switch, broken wires, bad BCM, etc.

Also, you can roll the windows UP and DOWN by putting hte key in the door lock and holding it to the locked position (up) or unlocked position (down). I think this can be done to bypass the door switch which would help troubleshoot if it has failed.

I'm not totally sure if the signal comes back from the BCM through the driver window switch though, it's the master switch but I THINK all the power signals are straight from the BCM to the window motors.
