amen, or the people that tried to copy the VS lip so they can sell it for $30 less. No matter how cheap you price it, the copy will still make it cheaper using cheaper materials, & using cheaper labor. Hell there are copies of copies out there.

Some replica bodykits are cheaper, and have better material and sometimes even have better fitment. People who make multiple generations deep should be shot, because the mold is going to be so out of wack that it just might be able to fit a Toyata Tocoma better that it does the orginal car.

If anyone is interested in buying my replica ts bumper please let me know.

The bumper will require some slight fitment work, but will still be cheaper the buying the original. I am not trying to make any money i will sell it for less then what i paid. I paid 390 + 8.25% tax. $423.00

I am selling it because i didnt realize it would need some prep, i didnt allocate enough funds for this project, and decided to get a Stoptech BBK instead.

I will sell it for 390 + shipping costs. Please either PM me, or Email me jdj27x@adelphia.net

For an immediate response please instant message me on AIM: jdj27x

Thanks,
Jordan

Here's a pic of my bumper installed. Didn't really have any major fitment problems. I'll try to post more pics later.

Is that a replica or the real TS bumper?

looks good hokori!! just be prepared, those who ask if its a 'replica/authentic'. even though they think it looks good, they'll wait to see if you say replica/authentic b4 giving you an honest answer. If you say replica...they'll say 'it looks ok'. if you say its authentic, they'll say 'it looks HOT!!'.....just my .02!!

Hahah, don't worry I'm used to it.
If you click on the link to my previous project, I used to have a replica Bomex front bumper on my MR2, while everything else was authentic. There wasn't to much of a difference between my authentic pieces and my replica front. Both seemed to fit about the same. I never really had too many people bother me about it and at shows I would just say it's a Bomex just so people new what it was modeled after. No one goes around saying "oh I have a Bomex replica" it was just common knowledge since the real bomex had another opening on the front and the replica didn't.

To me, it's always a gamble with either authentic or replica. It's fiberglass and most bodyshops will tell you that 99% of the time, they will never fit just like stock.
I do agree with a lot that has been said throughout this whole thread and probably would have gone with the real Top Secret if I wasn't part of this group buy. I figured I could risk about $300 for it and rolled the dice and got lucky.
I'm sure not everyone will be as lucky and might have some major fitment problems. Like I said, it's always a gamble and if it was only a difference of $200 I would have gone with the real thing.
Just my .02

Rob

What's up Henry...damn long time. Talk about small world. Ya, I'm still with Hokori and always have been just mainly as support and watching over them since we continue to grow. We actually have a So. Ca chapter as well, so you'll probably see a few of them down there. As far as me, I've been moved from the Bay to Fresno and now am in Sacramento.

PM me and I'll give you my contact info.

Rob

Not to raise this from the dead....Funny how TS never answered this. I love the bumber but WILL NOT pay $950 + prep/paint for the bumper. Would I go for the replica...probably not but stop yelling at people who do. Its a risk and some get rewarded and some don't. With that said...I know of several people, including myself, who want the TS bumper but WILL NOT pay the $950. If TS wants to step up and offer a GB price of $750, people, including me, will buy that over the replica. Just funny how he avoided it. Either step up and lower your incredibly high prices
