Best bet is to get one at a local pick-n-pull or eBay.

 

I agree with Cleric. Assuming you have an '05-'07 as shown in the first post, the black cover PN is 80942-AL500 (~$20), and the screw is 08566-6162A. Infinitipartsdeal(.com) is a good place to lookup part numbers for things that aren't shown on some of the other sites.

Coincidentally I'm about to go pop mine off to try and replace the driver's side window motor.

 

It's impossible to find this in the Tan colon.
All I can find is Black

 

That might be 80942-AC503 but it's discontinued. Good luck. It might take some effort checking eBay from time to time to see if one pops up.
